SWOT 6 will be all about helping people progress in their faith.We will start with laying out the vision of why we think this is important. After that we will zoom in on two concrete ways in which we can help people grow spiritually: through one-on-one conversations and through praying with people. There will be a character track that will look at humility and teachability and how we can instill these character traits in other people. Other essential skills we will be trying to acquire throughout the weekend include: helping people establish a regular prayer life, leading effective team meetings and studying the Word of God. We will close with looking at the role and importance of formation programmes in our student outreaches.
