SWOT 5 examines leadership. It has a particular focus on leading from the front. The foundation is set by examining speech and self-control in all of our life followed by boldness, great-heartedness and hunger for truth. We will investigate how these character traits underpin great leaders. There is then some very practical training on the leadership of events, prayer meetings and smaller group meetings. A significant part of this SWOT will seek to help improve basic presentation skills. All this content will be surrounded by worship times, morning prayer and ministry. There will be significant time available for networking and building friendships.
